Development History
1997~2003
Established on October 16, 1997 as a PDP inspection equipment manufacturer, we have commercialized eight types of FPD (Flat Panel Display) inspection equipment within three years, and the overall inspection solution incorporating these has been highly rated . In 2000, we listed on TSE Mothers with the aim of further growing the business.

In 2005, we started selling scanning exposure equipment AEGIS, which is a manufacturing equipment. Initially developing a 24/7 core manufacturing equipment for FPD manufacturing was our first attempt and a huge challenge, but as a device that helps save power on large screen TVs, we have successfully delivered it to us customer of.

2013 to present
Since 2013, in addition to strengthening product capabilities through independent research and development, we have also accelerated the expansion of product lineup through mergers and acquisitions, adding TFT/mask repair equipment, proximity exposure equipment, and non-contact electrical inspection equipment to our group. Our goal is to rapidly respond to changes in the business environment through synergies between existing product technologies, new technologies added through mergers and acquisitions, and people, thereby enabling further business growth.
