Evaporation mask
V.E.T. Co., Ltd. was established on December 1, 2017. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of VTEC Group and is responsible for the development and manufacture of evaporation masks. We have a factory in Yonezawa, Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, specializing in R&D and FHM production for various needs related to OLED production.

FHM (Fine Hybrid Mask): About 2.1 million 20μm pixels are formed on the display screen of a smartphone, etc. Evaporation masks are used to deposit organic EL materials on glass substrates.
On a very thin special metal film, there are openings with almost the same size, position and number as pixels, which is one of the indispensable consumables for precise pixel formation on glass substrates.
Our vapor deposition masks have a unique hybrid structure of metal materials and resin materials, and have achieved thinning while maintaining strength.
